KANADA. DULF Unveils Defense Strategy for Compassion-Club Criminal Charges
The Drug User Liberation Front (DULF) in Vancouver has outlined its intended defense to criminal charges against two of its founders for distributing tested heroin, methamphetamine and cocaine. It’s framing the charges, against a compassion club designed to save lives, as unconstitutional.
In an October 15 press conference, Erys Nyx and Jeremy Kalicum, along with lawyers Stephanie and Tim Dickson, announced their intention to pursue a couple different defenses, including challenges to the charges under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. (FILTER, USA, 17.10.2024)
