In Brazil, the efforts of the É de Lei Community Centre to promote humane drug policy and harm reduction have been seriously disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Amidst severe health crises and worsening police violence, however, this work has become more important than ever. With this in mind, É de Lei has persevered, online and off-line.
